A dramatic society is assembling on the stage of a church hall to rehearse a production of a mystery thriller under the somewhat dictatorial director Philip Stevens. Events and strains within the company however, more than equal those in the play they present. Rehearsals proceed with difficulties until a mysterious and dramatic murder brings the situation of the whodunit more closely into real life. When it transpires that almost everyone could and might be the culprit, fingers start to point as more secrets are revealed until the dramatic conclusion when finally the killer is identified.
Murder in Company, written by Philip King and John Boland, is a gripping murder mystery with unexpected twists and turns keeping the audience on the edge of their seats right through to the dramatic revelation.
Directed by Barbara Barton, the talented cast includes Yvonne Patrick, Abbie Maddison, Steve Rowlinson, Ian Greatorex, Trevor Pole and Sam Williams with newcomers Roxana Whelan and Rosie Taylor.
Shows run from Wed 18th to Sat 21st November at 7.30pm at Roundhill School, Beeston.
